The Hamilton Pride Community Fair is a popular and growing element to our annual Festival. Taking place from noon - 6pm on Saturday, June 16th, the Market is located next to the Food and Beverage Area and is an excellent opportunity for local businesses, entrepreneurs, service organizations and not-for-profit groups to connect with thousands of our participants.

To reserve your Market table, fill out the following form and send it to us. Payment must be received in order to confirm your reservation. Payment may be made in the form of cheque sent to:

The cost to register by May 1st, 2007:

  • $30.00 for not-for-profit, service and community groups
  • $55.00 for businesses and entrepreneurs

The cost to register between May 2nd and June 1st, 2007:

  • $50.00 for not-for-profit, service and community groups
  • $80.00 for businesses and entrepreneurs

Please note the following conditions:

  • Vendor spaces must be registered and paid for by June 1st, 2007. Any spaces not paid for by June 1st will be cancelled without notice.
  • Vendor spaces will not be permitted to sell or provide food or beverage.
  • Hydro-electricity will not be provided.
  • Tables measure 8' x 2' and include two (2) folding chairs.
  • Rain and sun cover (e.g. tents, umbrellas) will not be provided.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and approval by HPFI.
